What You'll Do:

• You will be tasked with ruig multiple scrum teams comprised of software developmet maagers ad software egieers to maitai ad deliver high quality software of a missio critical Pharmacy platform.
• Provide strog techical leadership, build autoomous teams & deliver o a ambitious roadmap while meetig strict SLAs.
• Metor techical leaders ad provide career developmet ad professioal growth of our amazig egieers ad maagers.
• Establish strog workig relatioships at all orgaizatioal levels ad across fuctioal teams across Busiess, Product, Desig ad Operatios.
• Work with others i egieerig maagemet to drive best practices i software developmet, testig ad productio operatios.
• Cotribute to techical architecture decisios ad lead efforts to build ad maitai a highly scalable software platform.

What You'll Need:

• 12+ years of experiece buildig commercial software ad relevat experiece i leadership roles withi egieerig orgaizatios.
• Must be a believer i Agile ad Lea methodologies ad have experiece i evolvig them at scale.
• A track record of highly ifluetial techical ad leadership achievemets, strog ad curret techical cotributios.
• Strategic maager with strog operatioal, project maagemet ad techical architecture skills.
• Ability to excel withi a VERY fast paced startup eviromet with a flat orgaizatioal structure ad provide hads-o leadership to our top-tier egieers. Must have start up experiece.
• Experieced i leadig maagers, as well as, highly skilled seior egieers/architects.
• BS or MS i Computer Sciece or related field.
• Positio may require travel.
