Client support specialist

Job Description:

The ideal candidate would have excellent customer service, experienced with handling purchase orders, and be proficient with software platforms including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems. Salary: $20 - $23 per hour

Shift: First

Work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Education: High School

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with new customers via phone and email, providing product information,
  answering inquiries, and addressing their needs.
• Prepare and send out quotes to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Follow up on quotes that have been sent, providing additional information, and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Enter customer information and orders into our ERP system with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Assist with additional job duties as assigned by your supervisor, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company.
