Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct refrigeration & trailer parts needed for repairs or upgrades. Trailer parts experience is preferred.
- Manage inventory control by tracking stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring timely restocking of parts.
- Answer phones, fill deliver & will call orders, cycle counts,
- Valid drivers license, previous forklift exp.
- Place orders, receive stock, restock showroom & warehouse, shipping & receiving
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information regarding parts availability and pricing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications - Previous experience is required - trailer parts experience preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Previous experience in automotive, refrigeration and/ or trailer parts is highly desirable.
- Proficient in inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Excellent sales skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with customers over the phone.
