We are seeking an experienced Manager, Business Unit Control to support chargeback and rebate operations for a global leader in the food and beverage industry. This role will support the Medical Nutrition business by ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in chargeback processing, rebate payments, and financial reconciliation.

This is a high-impact role that will collaborate with internal teams, distributor customers, and IT to streamline and improve chargeback systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee processing and payment for a large volume of chargebacks, resubmissions, and rebates
• Analyze processed data to identify trends, errors, and areas of risk
• Prepare monthly cash flow reports and chargeback balance sheet reconciliations
• Conduct quarterly accrual analysis based on latest payment trends
• Collaborate with the Medical Nutrition Copilot to explain financial variances and support Gross-to-Net planning
• Support and communicate chargeback outcomes to leadership
• Continuously improve processes and work to eliminate manual tasks through automation
• Work closely with IT to implement systematic enhancements, including value justification and testing

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Ability to manage complex datasets and extract actionable insights
• Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and fast-paced environments
• Experience with clinical pricing chargebacks, accounts receivable, and wholesaler sales
• Familiarity with SAP and Vistex strongly preferred
• Knowledge of the Lifesciences business model is a plus
