Overview:

Working as the Burlington Customer Service Lead, you will be accountable for guiding day-to-day customer service activities with oversight from the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor. Your role involves motivating and empowering associates to deliver exceptional, welcoming, and polished customer service consistently. Leading by example, you will embody the principles of Our Burlington philosophy and the core values of the company. Central to your responsibilities is maintaining a customer-centric focus, with an emphasis on providing a friendly atmosphere, efficient checkout processes, and top-notch service quality. Engaging with customers to enhance their shopping journey, you will adeptly address issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model company core values, Our Burlington philosophy, and appropriate back of house standards and execution strategies for the rest of the receiving team.
• Drive improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer-first focus and delivering a consistently great experience to all our customers with a high level of professionalism.
• Maintain a neat and orderly front end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.

Requirements:

The position mandates candidates to have availability for a flexible schedule that encompasses early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as the job demands. Physical demands include lifting and shifting boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more, and the ability to remain standing and walking for extended periods.
