Cnc quality inspector

Job Description:

Are you an experienced Quality Insepctor with CNC familiarity? We are seeking and an experienced Quality Inspector who will be tasked with performing and documenting first-piece, in-process and final piece inspection while coordinating reports and defects with engineering and production teammates to correct and troubleshoot any defects. Experience with various hand measurement tools and systems such as gauges, GD&T and CMM are required.

Salary: $22 - $25 per hour

Shift: First

Work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Education: High School

Responsibilities:

• Quality Control
• In-process and final-piece inspection
• Use various measuring instruments
• Data entry
• Documentation

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 20lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 1 hrs of overtime per week

Skills:

• Quality Assurance
• Blueprints
• GDT (2 years of experience is required)
• CMM (2 years of experience is required)
• Quality Control

Qualifications:

• Years of experience: 3 years
• Experience level: Experienced
