Randstad is looking for Lockbox associates in El Monte, CA.This role involves supporting operations by processing check payments (Accounts Receivable), handling mail extraction, and performing light data entry with speed and accuracy. A background in production, banking, or warehouse environments is preferred. The job requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting while following established procedures. Position: Operations Processor 1 Location:El Monte,CA,91731 Pay: $20 Shift Days/Hours: 2nd Shift 2PM-10:30PM Thursday- Monday.

Responsibilities

• In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Support Operations; seek ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures. Perform routine operational support tasks.
• Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues.
• Interact with client personnel on basic information.
• Process check payments-Accounts receivable
• Production/Operations background is the priority in sourcing
• Speed and accuracy-opening mail and extracting contents
• Light data entry
• Bank, warehouse, production background is a good fit
• A/R experience, fast paced, warehouse/office setting
• This is a fast pace so please prepare your candidates for that
