An independent franchisee who owns and operates a restaurant is eligible for this role. They are also allowed to use McDonald's products and trademarks in the course of conducting business. It's not for the USA of McDonald's. If you are hired for the position described here, McDonald's USA will not be your employer; rather, it will be the franchisee. The sole person in charge of hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and punishing employees at the business is the franchisee. McDonald's USA is the exclusive authority on all employment-related problems; it has no control over the restaurant in this regard. Your employment application will not be forwarded to McDonald's USA, and the company will not be involved in the hiring process.
