Responsibilities

• Lead Compensation Strategy - Drive compensation planning, forecasting, and analytics to ensure competitive pay structures.
• Provide High-Impact Insights - Conduct modeling and human capital analytics to support executive decision-making.
• Own the Numbers - Oversee salary and bonus processes, manage budgeting, and collaborate with key business partners.
• Work with Top Talent - Partner with Finance, Payroll, and Executive Compensation teams to develop innovative compensation solutions.
• Leverage Cutting-Edge Tools - Utilize platforms like Beqom, SAP Business Intelligence, Microsoft Power BI, and Workday to drive insights.
